اهداف البرنامج
في نهاية هذا البرنامج سيتمكن الطالب من معرفة :
-التعريف بالمفاهيم القانونية الأساسية المرتبطة بالمجال الفني(الملكية الفكرية ، الحق المالي والأدبي).
-تمييز حقوقه القانونية كمؤلف عمل فني تشكيلي(رسم، نحت، تصوير، تركيب...) وكيفية حمايتها.
– القوانين الوطنية المخصصة لحماية حقوق المؤلف في الجزائر.
–تمكن الطالب الجامعي من معرفة الحقوق والالتزامات المترتبة على الإبداع الفكري في إطار التشريع الجزائري .
– مقارنة بين الحماية الوطنية و الدولية لحماية حق المؤلف .
– التعرف على الاتفاقيات الوطنية والدولية المتعلقة بحماية حقوق المؤلف.

يتضمن مقيـــــاس التشريعات الفنية في الجزائر مجموعة من العناوين يمكن الإلمام بها في محورين أساسيين حيث يركز هذا المقياس أساسا على ׃
– ماهيـة حقوق المؤلف من حيث التعريف الحقوق والإلتزامات.
– الحمايــة القانونية المكرسة لحق المؤلف وطنيا ودوليا.

De meme, le cours prévoit un forum qui permettra à l'étudiant d'échanger librement sur des thématiques particulières en rapport avec l'univers des arts plastiques.
