It brings together people, resources, and processes to achieve specific economic and strategic objectives. Ultimately, a business organization aims to create value while ensuring long-term growth and stability.
In a business organization, tasks and responsibilities are distributed among different departments such as management, finance, marketing, and operations and clear roles and coordination are defined to help ensure efficiency and productivity.
In this course, we discuss how organizations may take forms, as small businesses, corporations, partnerships, or cooperatives. Also, we will dive into effective leadership and communication essentials to enable efficient guiding of employees and making informed and sound decisions.
Next, we have to show how business organizations interact with their external environment, including customers, suppliers, competitors, and government institutions. In this context, Ethical practices and responsible management are important for maintaining trust and sustainability and where Innovation and adaptability help organizations to maintain their competitivity in a changing market.
