Course Summary
This course introduces students to the principles, tools, and practices of Competitive Intelligence (CI) in the digital era.
Learners will explore how to collect, analyze, and use information strategically to improve organizational performance and gain competitive advantage.
The course integrates practical training on modern digital intelligence tools (Google Trends, Power BI, SEMrush, Tableau) and highlights the connection between CI, Digital Transformation, and E-Management.
By the end of the course, students will be able to design and present Competitive Intelligence Reports that combine analytical rigor with ethical awareness.
