This course is an advanced continuation of foundational training in statistics and econometrics, designed to deepen students’ analytical capabilities in the context of digital management. It focuses on the practical application of data analysis techniques to real-world business problems, with an emphasis on interpretation, decision-making, and managerial relevance.

Building on prior knowledge, the course revisits essential statistical concepts and extends them to multivariate data analysis methods, including Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Correspondence Analysis (CA), Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA), and Hierarchical Clustering (HCA).

The course adopts a hands-on approach, integrating the use of analytical software such as R & Power BI to perform analyses, visualise results, and construct decision-support tools.

By the end of the course, students will be able to critically interpret analytical outputs, apply appropriate methods to different types of data, and effectively communicate results to support data-driven strategies in e-management environments.
