This course is intended for 3rd-year double-degree DAM and E-management students. This course aims to explore the fundamental principales of ethics and theirs implications for individuals, organisations and society. The cours prepare students to becomes ethicaly aware professionals capable of navigating comlex digital environement while promoting trust ,fairness and sustainability.

 At the end of this course, students should:

  • Understand the importance and meaning of ethics in digital contexts.
  • Identify and evaluate key ethical challenges related to privacy, data protection, artificial intelligence, and digital rights.
  • Develop critical thinking skills for assessing ethical dilemmas in digital organizations and platforms.
  • Apply ethical principles to decision-making in areas such as digital labor, cybersecurity, and corporate digital responsibility.

This course aims to analyze and understand the fundamental principles of leadership and the dynamics of team management , with a focus on devloping the skills required to effectively guide individuals and groups within organizations. The cours emphasizes fondations and practical applications, preparing students to become reponsible , adaptive and effective leaders in divers and evolving business contexts.

 At the end of this course, students should:

  •  To understand the importance and meaning Leadershp and management in organizational settings
  • To  identify and apply different leadership styles,theories and apporaches to team management.
  •  To devlop essential skills for building, motivating and sustaining high-performing teams
  • To learn  to handle communication , decision -making and conflict resolution within team
  • Apply leadership and management concepts in digital and cross-cultural environments.

Le module Business Intelligence (BI) initie les étudiants aux concepts et outils essentiels de l’analyse décisionnelle. Il met l’accent sur la collecte, le traitement et la visualisation des données pour aider à la prise de décision stratégique. Les étudiants apprendront à modéliser un entrepôt de données, à exploiter des outils d’ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) et à construire des tableaux de bord interactifs. Le cours propose également une initiation aux solutions BI modernes adaptées aux environnements mobiles. L’objectif est de permettre aux futurs développeurs d’intégrer des fonctionnalités analytiques dans leurs applications et de comprendre l’importance de la donnée comme levier de performance.
