There are numerous parasitic species and forms that can parasitize various sites of their host, either intracellularly or extracellularly. These parasites cause parasitic infections, some of which are pathogenic or even deadly.

Given the ease with which these parasites spread, it is essential to make a rapid and accurate diagnosis of a parasitic infection as soon as the first symptoms appear to ensure effective treatment.
The purpose of this handbook is to help third-year undergraduate students specializing in Parasitology to master the direct diagnostic techniques used in detecting protozoan parasites responsible for internal human parasitic infections.

The first chapter of this handbook is dedicated to parasitological coprology ; the second to the techniques used for diagnosing blood parasites ; the third to the detection of a sexually transmitted parasite (Trichomonas vaginalis), followed by culture methods and ending with molecular biology.

In the first three chapters, the sample collection method specific to each suspected parasite species is detailed.

يندرج مقياس مجتمع المعلومات ضمن المنظومة التعليمية المخصصة لطلبة السنة الأولى في ميدان العلوم الإنسانية، حيث يُصنّف تحت إطار الوحدة الاستكشافية التي تتوخى إكساب الطالب معارف تكميلية مرتبطة عضوياً بحقل تخصصه، إلى جانب تأسيسه المعرفي بالمفاهيم والمداخل النظرية الأساسية التي تشكّل الإطار المرجعي للباحث في المرحلة الجامعية.

حاولنا ترتيب الدروس حسب ما رأيناه مناسب للطالب بدءا بالمعطيات النظرية والتاريخية وصولا إلى المدارس النقدية للوصول بالطالب إلى تنميت حسه النقدي والقدرة على تحليل النصوص، والتعرف على مجريات عصر النهضة الغربية والعربية، حيث لم يكن النقاد العرب بمنأى عن هذا التحول المعرفي فلم يقتصر هؤلاء في مقارباتهم على تمييز الكلام البليغ من سواه والمفاضلة بين المعاني والألفاظ والبحث عن معنى الفصاحة والبلاغة والبيان بل تمكنوا من تأسيس نقد عربي حديث بمنطلقات غربية، فتجازوا بذلك الذاتية والانطباعية في الأحكام النقدية لأجل بلوغ تصور نقدي يعبر عن نظرة نقدية جديدة، تبحث عن التخطي والتجاوز، مما أدى إلى انتعاش الأدب العربي بعد سبات عميق بفضل الجهود التي قدمها رواد النقد الإحيائي مرورا بالنقد الرومنسي وصولا إلى المدارس النقدية السياقية، متجاوزين ذلك إلى النقد النسقي من خلال تطرقنا إلى النقد الجديد الرافض لمبدأ التمسك بأحادية المنهج النقدي، حيث مثلت هذه المحاضرة بداية لتأسيس المناهج النسقية، وختمنا المطبوعة بالمحاضرة الأخيرة التي تطرقنا فيها إلى أهم القضايا النقدية في النقد العربي.
